Worked with account exec Alex Bernson last summer and again earlier this month. Shipped our MDX to Seattle last summer and a Ford F150 from Minneapolis to Tacoma WA (via truck) to Fairbanks AK (via ferry). The latter was especially tricky. We had zero problems both summers. Bernson was on top of things from start to finish and is a very effective communicator: helpful, pragmatic, no nonsense, and not defensive. Great to work with! Would recommend Transport Luxury Auto to others in a heartbeat!!
