I would highly recommend Transport Masters services and especially Conner Smith, the rep who assisted me through the entire process. Conner was very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. He was a very pleasant individual to work with. This was my first time using a transport service and I had many questions. Conner took the opportunity to walk me through the process step by step, answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns.
I chose Transport Masters after contracting with a different service. The other service did not adhere to their stated policies, nor have I been able to speak with anyone directly to get my deposit refunded. Conner at Transport Masters was always available by phone/email and provided the supporting documentation I requested. I had a very narrow time frame to work with and he went the extra mile to find a driver to accommodate my needs.
The driver also had the same level of professionalism and delivered the vehicle on time as stated. Transport Masters is, most definitely, the service I would both recommend and use again for any future vehicle transportation needs.
