We recently needed to ship our sons car from MN to WA. We quickly learned how competitive and cut-throat the business is after doing a search on-line. I called a few companies and was not satisfied or did not get a sense of “trust” with them. I then called Transport Masters and spoke with David Lucas. David was courteous, patient, and explained the process. He allowed me to ask any question and explained the business of how auto transport works. He warned me about scams. I felt respected and heard. We booked transport on Monday. The car was picked up on Thursday and arrived on Saturday evening.
