During Hurricane Milton had requested a safe way to transport 2 high end vehicles and specifically said one could not be dragged behind. When call was received from the TOWING COMPANY driver said one would be on a flatbed and the other dragged behind. Told driver that's not we were told we would be getting. Do not proceed and contacted PJ at Transport Masters. He said that's not what he was told how the cars would be trans;ported. Since they couldn't find a carrier, told them to refund my money. There answer, APOLOGIES BUT NO REFUND. I tried multiple times to resolve this with them. Since they never got back to me, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Will never do business with them again! Sad way to treat a prior customer.
