Solicited by email with a low price to transport my car from Florida to New Mexico and wanted a $200 deposit up front before a bogus contract was sent with the Dept. of Transportation logo on it and an electronic signature that was not mine, stating the deposit was non refundable but also stating that transportation would occur within 7-10 days, which it did not! Excuse after excuse and almost a month later, still nothing. No customer service and "JOHN" all of a sudden disappears, emails coming back. Called FMCSA/Dept. of Transportation to make a written complaint. Transport Relief license no. is on this site and the owner of this scam business is Christopher Wayne Heaton and the address listed is 616 Henderson Chapel Road, Pigeon Forge, TN. Payments are being taken by another company by the name of Ownership Relief LLC aka. Titanium Transport & Towing Unlimited, owner listed as William Soller. What a scam-get $200 from everyone, quote a low price for transportation, which they are not the ones transporting, have a dispatcher taking all the phone calls, lie and make excuses. I hope this keeps someone else from falling into this TRAP!! There are two review sections on this site: one for Transport Relief and one for Transport Relief LLC. Beware of good reviews written by owners!!
