Company is a sham!

I contracted Transport Services to ship my car from Honolulu to Texas. I understand they are a broker, and was fine with that. I was told the cost would be $1675 to ship my car both the overseas and land part - which was fine. I was even given a military discount to reach this amount - which was not the highest nor the lowest quote I was given.
I was asked to wire the money, but sent a check through my bank's bill pay. First, the check didn't arrive on time because the address I was given was wrong and the company had moved. My check literally got lost in the mail. I got frequent emails from Jeremy stating that they had already paid Matson for the overseas portion of my move, and they needed the check or money wired. Finally the check arrived and was cashed. The amount was to cover the entire shipment in full, and he would take care of everything. I got an email from him stating that the car needed to be at the port on 9 July for shipment on the 13 July boat - in order to accomodate the schedule that we had set up two months earlier. I arrived at the port early on 9 July only to find out that Matson had never been paid. After 24 frantic hours trying to get a hold of Transport Services and begging extra time from the port, I had to pay an additional $872 out of pocket to get the car on the boat. I STILL have heard nothing from this company despite numerous emails to anyone listed, repeated phone calls that are not returned (or even acknowledged), and faxes of our port information.
They did not respond to complaints from the BBB and as of this point, have done nothing to respond to anyone. This company will STEAL your money - and is a sham. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!
