Let me make it clear to everyone that I did receive my vehicle and the price I paid was fine. The problem I had was that the people at Transport Services will say anything at all to get you to sign with them.

The first problem I had was with the amount of cargo stored in the vehicle. At first I was told that I could have up to 200lbs for free. This number went from 200 to 100, and finally settled on 150. Then when the driver contacted me (driver was sub contracted, and did not work for Transport Services) he told me very rudely that I was not allowed anything. After calling Jarret about this, he called the other company involved and handled it. Which was fine, but why did he promise me something that was not allowed?

The second issue I had was with the arrival date. I understand that companies (especially brokers) cannot guarantee pick up or drop off dates...such is the nature of this type of business. What bothers me is that I was told that my car would get there in 7 days, no problem. I understand this was not a guarantee, but it's an estimate. I explicitly said I would like to have it there on a certain date, but could go a few days after. I was told this wouldn't be a problem. A week later than what I was told my car shows up. Again, the people at Transport Services telling me anything I want to hear to get me to sign.

Now during this extra week that I was waiting for my car, I made some phone calls. I called the driver who works for Peters Auto Transportation and was rudely told to call his company and promptly hung up on. This happened a hand full of times. I called Peters Auto Transportation and left messages, just trying to figure out where my car was and when it would arrive. No phone calls returned. I called Transport Services and left 2 or 3 messages. Finally someone got back to me.

Did I receive my car? Yes, a week late, but yes. Again the price was fair. What I was disappointed with was the fact that I was promised things that blatantly were not going to be followed up with.

Sorry for Caring !! Were very sorry for trying to make Jeremy go with a good company so that his car will be taken care of the right way. Next time we will let him try with all the fly by night companies. and i dont think hell be too happy.
