Sending my son and my car to California!

I can't express my gratitude enough for the fantastic service I received from Transport Services. I was a nervous wreck trying to make arrangements for my son's car to get to California as close to his arrival as possible. He was leaving in 7 days and the transport companies I talked with said 5 - 7 days till pick-up and then 7 - 12 days to deliver. No one would even commit to an exact pick-up date untill I committed with a deposit!! Then Richard called. While we talked, he was checking to see if he had any trucks nearby that could help me. He said he had one that might be able to get it in a day or two. He wanted a deposit, but I had to get home for my credit card first. By the time I reached home, Richard was calling again telling me it was my lucky day. He said he had a truck in the next city and I could load it up that night or in the morning. Not only that, but it was a covered carrier. This fast service AND and covered carrier would normally cost much more--but it would still be the original quote I was given of $1350. I had never done any transporting before, and was scared of getting a company that wasn't reputable. Even after this great news, Richard was patient enough with me to explain how to get to the "transport review" site and allowed me time to read the information on his company. I saw the five stars, the recommendations, and made the deal. My son and I got the car ready and it was loaded onto Ruben's truck the next morning (which was Thursday). My son was flying out the following Wednesday and the driver said if the car got to California first, he would leave it at the company's lot--which happened to be only 20 miles from my son's destination. The day before he left, I called the truck company that was my carrier and sure enough, the car was already there. Ironically, the trucking company was named Blue Angel Express!! They were angels, all right! The guy in their office, Ray, told me to have my son take a shuttle from the airport to Van Nuys airport (for only $4) and then he would go over and pick him up or bring the car to him there. Every one I talked to was so helpful--it seemed they all had kids and understood how concerned I was. They couldn't have been more accommodating.
When my son called me from the car and he said how smoothly things went, I just sighed with relief. I called Richard immediately and thanked him for being so convincing and helpful. It WAS my lucky day and the entire transport was done in five days!! Thanks!!!
