Wow, Customer Service is Horrible - Delivery Way Late

Evan contacted me from Transport Services after I requested a quote. There quote was $1,350 to get from PA to OR. I had another quote of $945 from another company. Evan assurred me that there was no way the car would be picked up for that cost. Plus, Transport Services uses there own trucks. He told me not to cancel my order with the other company so I wouldn't be charged the cancellation fee. He said they would not be able to fulfill there service. So, I went with Transport Services. Here is where I am now...They brokered off my car to another company. That company went into a ditch once and broke down somewhere else. They have lied over and over again. They always say the car will be there in 2 or 3 days. Here I am almonst 1 month later and still no vehicle. I have no clue where the car is at. The driver will not return my phone calls. I was promised a 7-10 delivery time.

My salesman Evan was a smooth talker. He said everyting a person wants to hear. He bullds up trust. TRY contacting him after he makes the sale. Not going to happen. He will not return phone calls or emails. He is a horrible person to do business with...STAY AWAY.

Nicole has been as helpful as she can be. It seems she does not have much information since they brokered off my vehicle to another company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wish I would have read the reviews.
