I had a phenomenal experience with Transport Services. They picked up my car early and it made it to my destination in Hartford, CT a full four days early. Alan was a pleasure to deal with and called many times to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. Also, at the last minute I had to change the location of my dropoff, as the car was set to arrive a week before I was. I called the driver and he was MORE THAN willing to drive an extra half hour out of his way at no charge to leave my car at the airport. He then asked where I'd like it parked and what to do about the keys. He let me dictate everything and didn't complain once about the change of plans. He even called to tell me exactly which parking spot it was left in. This company was more than a pleasure to deal with and I would use them again and again. My car made it in perfect condition.
