Beware transport company called Transport Services Online.My vehicle was supposed to be picked up in Texas on June 29th, 2009 (which was stated in my contract as "NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP BY THE 29TH OF JUNE") and shipped to New York however June 29th came and went with out a call from a driver. I called the company on Tuesday and they said that they would have a driver by the 6th of July and so I called on the 7th to verfiy a pickup for the day before and I was told that the truck broke down. O.k things happen - ao I called them on Thursday, Friday and Monday and got the run around for 2 weeks. Found out that my car was posted on the NATIONAL TRUCK BOARD, I thought this company had there own fleet of trucks.Don't use this company they took a deposit up front for $100 dollars and when I asked them to refund it for my time being wasted they said no and now they say they have no record of me on file,that's ok I faxed Transportreviews.com all the information they needed to show I had a contract with Transport Services Online.
