This is my first time arranging transport of my car. Transport Services is a company I would never use again. The worst customer service I have received in my life. In speaking to the customer service representative, Ron, in order to get my business, he glorified the service Tranport Services has to offer. He states 1.) They would pick up the car at my house and drop it off at my second house, 2.) They are five star rated company proving five star service 3.) They have their own trucks and drivers. All lies.

I had no problems placing the order, my troubles started when we started dealing with the driver. He called at 9:30 pm on Sunday and said he would be a day early and pick up between 5-6pm on Monday. The driver was a no show and no call, Had to call him multiple times to get him ( driver was very rude and annoyed). My parents was waiting outside my house till 8pm for him on Monday. The driver states that he will pick up Tuesday. Waited all day for his call. Called him multiple times again. At 5pm said was in Long Island. After multiple unpleasant calls with the driver he wanted us to meet him in a parking lot when he arrived to the area sometimes after 10 pm. I explained my conversation with Ron to him and that it is a great inconvenience on me. I was very upset and told the driver not to pick up my car. The call ended with him either hanging up on me or a lost call.

I did not trust my car to this driver and cancelled my order and put in a written complaint and request a refund on my 100$ deposit. I called customer service, also not customer friendly, who states that Transport Services has no controll over the way the contracted drivers behave and unable to refund my deposit. Lie #3.
