Will never use again What a huge Mistake

I am going to tell my story. I needed my Car picked up in Texas and sent to PA. Transport Services contacted me with a quote and i liked there sales pitch and the fact that they use there own trucks. Man was I wrong.......

I got the Pickup scheduled. I needed a Saturday pick up cause I had someone flying in to meet the driver. Well driver contacted me and confirmed. I am not sure why but for some reason I called him back Friday to confirm and he informed me that he could not pick up till Tuesday. Well i won't go into that conversation but after leaving about 100 messages for transport services and then calling on Saturday.. Jeremy picked up and said this is his top priority.. Yah made me wait till 5 then the closed. They did nothing.

I had to make arrangements to get the car picked up. 2 days late Transport arrived and car was picked up. The next 11 days are a nightmare. No one could tell me where the car was. Driver told me he sold the car at one point. And every day i was told deliver would be the next day. I had 6 missed delivery dates.. Last one was due to the truck breaking down.

So that leaves me to delivery day. Was told 9am them 12pm then 1pm then 7pm then 11pm then 1am. needless to say the car never showed and no one would return my calls. Driver or Transport services.

The car finally shows up 2 days after that at 10pm at night. Driver spoke no English so was very difficult to communicate. My car was pulled off and it was covered in OIL. the car above it had pretty bad front end damage so leaked all kinds of fluids over the car. Car also smelled of burnt clutch. Had 2 miles extra on the odometer.

I put the notes on the release but they would not provide me with a receipt. I asked they went into there truck and took off...

As I am driving home there is a service engine light on and clutch and transmission issues. Also the bumper front and rear were damaged. Now I could not see this at night until i was able to get to a spot with lights..

I call the next morning furious and I come to find out the company that moved my car was contracted to do so through Transportservices. So I spoke to them they said I had to contact the ins company of the truck that moved my car. I was like then what did I hire you guys for?

To sum up that nightmare. I come to find out that company is no longer in biz and is under a new name. There ins company dropped them they are not reputable. Now they are denying any wrong doing and have produced documentation that I never signed. I have retained a lawyer and will be fighting this. I am an independent car dealer. I transport cars all the time... I have used many different transport companies. My go to guy could not pick up the car when I needed it which led me to transportservices. BIG MISTAKE... I have never dealt with worse customer service. They blow you off and don't do anything to help the situation. I have emailed and called but basically promised resolution with nothing. I have invested days of my time and still have on resolve.

Buyer beware of there lies and deceit . . I am so disappointed that companies are allowed to take advantage of people and get away with it. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and USDOT. I will also use my connections at one of the larger auction houses to make sure my experience is knows with them. I would really hate for someone to have to go though what I just did. I am sure I have left out some details. Has been a very upsetting experience.

Andrew We have tried many times to help you out in this situation but your not being understanding. we try and please all our customers some are just not able to be pleased
