I forgot to mention that when the car was finally delivered I attempted to call the company, left a voicemail, reported a customer service problem on their website and sent Tony an email. If you don;t feel like hearing people tell you "I told you so" because you went through a brokerthen find a company where the guy on the phone delivers your car. Otherwise you will end up like me with atleast 3 fake drivers before they find someone to take it. The driver on the otherhand was such a sweet gentlemen and listened through my tears and my frustration even though I had not booked through him. He also kept up with me everyday even though the company would not get in contact with me. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY.... sorry transport but all that matters is a little customer service and that was not evident here.
