I got honest information when I booked this carrier, after being given a bit of a run around elsewhere. Pick up was a rather late and communication could have been a bit better at first, but from there it was pretty much as expected. It took a long time to get here, but we were warned ahead of time that this would likely be the case, and the driver was courteous and professional when it arrived. Overall they met expectations.
