Pick ups for the car both to California in May and its return on October were excellent. Transport drivers were courteous and accommodating. And all arrangements for the car were handled professionally. My only problem was the way telephone communications was handled at headquarters when I needed to get a day and time for pick up. Brandon, my salesman who was so eager to get the order in the beginning and called me several times then, was impossible to reach either by phone or e-mail when later I was trying to get the time for pick-up. Calling the main number immediately got me put on "hold" and several times no one came back on the line. I eventually learned that dialing the extension for a "quote" got an immediate answer and I eventually also got to Jessica in customer service who was very helpful and did get me an estimated time for pick-up. Overall I liked Transport Services in the way the car was handled in pick up and delivery. With some improved communications so the customer better understands the timing for pick up and delivery could make Transport Services a 5 star company.
