WE FIRST WANT TO START OF BY APOLOGIZE FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPEN. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION FOR A MONTH NOW WE HAVE ALREADY REFUNDED JANE HER MONEY BACK AND OFFERED HER TO SEND THE CAR TO THE BODY SHOP TO REPAIR ANY DAMAGES. WE HAVE ALREADY TOOK MONEY OUT OF OUR POCKET TO HELP HER FIX THE CAR, WE TRY TO MAKE EVERY CUSTOMER HAPPY BUT SOME TIMES IT IS HARD TO PLEASE EVERYONE. ONCE AGAIN WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE
