David, We apologize for the problems you are dealing withyour transport. We have been trying to resolve the situation but you are leaving us with no wiggle room. We have no bill of lading to show the insurance agency. We have no idea that the dmage accured during this transport. We spoke with the driver and he told us he delivered the car with no dmage . If you can show us a Bill of Lading with damages on it, we will be happy to fix the damage.
