This was a painless process. The price was $25 more than the cheapest quote I got but Joe was the most persistent sales guy and promised me top customer service - which I received. Before I signed on with Joe, I expressed some concern about a review that was posted regarding damage to someone else's vehicle that didn't seem to be covered and I wanted to make sure I had a zero deductible and there would be no cash out of my pocket for any damage. Joe said that was the case but just to make me feel better he submitted an extra note in writing (plain layman speak - no legalese) that said the same thing. That made me feel comfortable enough and everything went easily and as planned. Thanks!
