We had initially contracted with another company and they "offered" pick up within 7-14 days and it was almost a month and no one had picked the car up. I contacted Transport Services on their website, they called me, gave me a quote, and had my vehicle picked up within 24hrs.

I hope I never have to ship a car again but if I had to I would definitely use them again and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family

I got more than I expected! Customer service was good too, Jessica or Wendy answered the phone very nicely and pleasant, they would look up the information promptly. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. The whole transporting of my vehicle with Transport Services went by smoothly. I can't say enough about this process. It went great.

As for the other company, I would NEVER, I repeat NEVER recommend them to any one.
