It was time for my mother in law to move east from Idaho to Pennsylvania to be with the rest of our family. In most cases for the son in law this would be a very stressful time. Worrying about relocation logistics was not what I needed. When the decision finally came down it was then that I (the son in law) chose to have her car shipped east and not wait for a late night phone call to be rescued somewhere in Podunk, USA. I had never used a transport service for such an occasion so out onto the internet I went researching and asking questions. Transport Services was my choice. The sales people were very informative in explaining the procedures of transporting the vehicle across country and very precise in what to expect in regards to travel time and expenses. Everything in the sales agreement was strictly up front and detailed. A contract was faxed over explaining everything that was discussed on the phone. A target date for pickup of the vehicle was scheduled, her flight arrangements were made by my wife, and from that point forward my life would never be the same.

On the scheduled day of pickup the transport crew was in contact within a three hour window of arrival. Upon arrival the crew was extremely courteous and friendly to my mother in law leaving her feeling very comfortable that her vehicle was in good hands. The following afternoon the transport crew made contact with me relaying information on their progress across country and estimating a drop off time. Throughout the next half day or so the transport crew contacted me several more times always informing me of their progress and narrowing their arrival time down to a more specific time frame. I can’t say how impressed I was in their communication skills and efforts in keeping me in the loop so that I was satisfied with the service provided. Using Transport Services was money well spent keeping a potentially stressful situation to a minimum. If ever in the situation again to need a service such as this I would certainly call Transport Services directly to handle my request. Perhaps shipping a car back to Idaho.
