Read the fine. The first time i used them things went fine. The second time was not so good. I explained to the representative that the vehicle MUST be picked up on a certain date and time from the trade show. We discussed their contract and the terms and conditions regarding the pick up dates. Keep in mind the first went well, so we agreed verbally to the exact pick up date and time without putting it in writing. My fault. So, the day comes for pick up and they are a no show. I call and explain that i am about to be charged $3000.00 for not having my vehicle removed from the show at the proper time. Their response was that they were sorry but theircontact states that they have several days in which to pick up the vehicle. Talk about luck, i found another carrier that was able to pick the vehicle up quickly. So, the response from Transport services is to offer a credit voucher to me for the deposit i paid for the original pick up, no refund.
For whatever reason i decided to use this credit to transport the same vehicle to another site. Shipment to the site went well. However, on the return i get a call from the driver saying we will owe an additional $100.00 because the vehicle is bigger than they thought. I explained to the driver that it is the same vehicle we shipped up just a couple of weeks ago. He said that it is what it is. I called the Transport Customer service folks and they said, if you read your contract a fuel surcharge may be imposed at their discretion. I argued the point about the verbiage on their agreement to no avail. Would i use them again, not a chance.
