Unfortunately, I was swayed by the great price quoted to me and decided to embrace the good reviews and ignore the bad ones (funny how your mind can justify anything for the right price). :)

Anyways, I was promised a pickup on 15 Jan (and, "at the latest" 16 Jan). When I received no contact through that weekend, I called on monday and was told that the driver's truck had broken down...now having read other reviews here, I know that is simply a ruse to string you along. It is now the 26 of Jan and I am no closer to getting my vehicle picked up as I was two weeks ago. Every time I call, I am told they are waiting to hear back from their drivers and I can expect pickup in the next 24-48 hours. That is, of course, when I can actually get someone on the phone to speak with me. I usually end up either on eternal hold or transferred to a voicemail box that is full (so I can't leave a message).

I can not stress strongly enough that you should take the poor reviews here seriously. After having suffered for near two weeks without a pick up, I looked through the bad reviews and see a ton of familiar patterns. It's one thing if they simply can't get you a driver and have to bow out...it's another to continually lie to you and string you along.

I have requested my deposit back, but based on other reviews here, I'm guessing I will never see it.
