You must be kidding me!!!!! This is a repost of my review wich was REMOVED at their request..........These guys contacted us repeatedly to get our business at all hours of the day and night and after a couple of weeks we decided to use their services. They were to call 24 hours in advance and then pick up the vehicle on 2/23/10. On 2/23/10 when we had not heard from anyone I contacted Jonney who told me I needed to speak with Customer Service and he quickly transferred me. Customer Service claimed the driver was broken down in Tennessee however they had no idea exactly where and refused to contact him (this was apparently because there really was no driver). This is the last status update I received from Transport Services. Following up with Jonney via email and expressing my disappointment he assured me he would contact Dispatch and find out something. This was the last communication I received. I have been emailing Jonney each day with no response. Apparently the company is no longer in business?? Maybe the FBI or Florida Attorney General caught up with them? We don't know what to think since they have our money and have apparently skipped with it. They've left us hanging and a sad side note, our 77 year old father who is a heart patient was the person that had to rush around to get the vehicle ready to be shipped and he's still waiting.
