Overall, I had a very good experience with Transport Services, from the time that I requested a quote I was continuously contacted by only one person (good), who answered my questions and provided me the necessary quotation to make a valid comparison between companies.

Once I confirmed the order, the actual pickup and delivery of the car went through ok, although I did run into a timing issue with the driver. I am rating the promptness of the driver at poor/ average, even though I am giving Transport Services 5 stars since it is not really their fault.

The driver contacted us around noon a day before the scheduled pickup as required. Arrangements were made to schedule a pickup that very same day, however when I called in the afternoon for a status the driver stated that he could not pick up the vehicle at that moment, but that later in the evening would be fine. I then called in the evening and, expecting a confirmation pick-up, the driver said he was going out to dinner and wanted to pick it up in the morning before I went to work. Clearly the driver should have gone with the original pickup date as he never really made the effort to pick it up beforehand, and I did not appreciate being tied up waiting to hear from him.

However, all my contact with Transport Services was done in a professional manner. I would suggest that they refrain from using this specific contractor in the future, however. Thanks for getting the vehicle moved without major incident.
