Car was picked up on time. Called once prior to pick up early if possible. Individual who came to pick up car was OK. However, when he was attempting to drop off to my friend in MD he became annoying wanting my friend to meet him to pick up the car. His excuse was his trailer was too big to bring on some streets. Well unload the car get it to the address specified and be on your way. I paid for door to door drop off. It was not my friends responsibility to chase him around Maryland to get the car. This should be noted and corrected by company and whomever they procure to transport cars in the future. Deliver to door not just say I am here meet me! Overall not bad experience except as noted!
