Didn't do my research, and paid for it. Transport Services took a $200 deposit, and 10 days later had still not scheduled this pick-up. Customer service repeatedly promised follow-up, and did not. When I finally cancelled, I was told that refund of the deposit would take 7-10 days - a far cry from the hour it took to process my deposit. Do your homework!
