I sent my Negative review yesterday, and guess what, TRANSPORT SERVICES removed it. This following a call from them yesterday saying they would refund my deposit IF I removed the negative review. I said I would ONLY AFTER I received my money back. So I just received this bogus email explaining that they could not confirm me as a client, so they removed it. I plan on following up with the Better Business Bureau after this. This company should not be allowed to operate.

Johnny was quick to take my deposit. Then it became very difficult to reach him. Even the night time answering service was embarrassed and even commented how bad this company is. I am now battling with my credit company to get my deposit back because they lied to my credit company to keep the deposit. I have since learned that YOU NEVER GIVE A DEPOSIT UNTIL the car is picked up, THEN you pay your deposit. This outfit should be banned from claiming to be a delivery service
