I recently needed to ship a vehicle from Sandwhich, Mass. to Sunnyvale Ca. Transport services contacted me on 8/5/10 and claimed they could pick the vehicle up in 2 days and the total cost would be $1050.00. On 8/6/10 they charged my credit card a $200 deposit with the remaining $850 to be charged to their drive upon delivery.

Not only did it take them a full 12 days (8/17/10) to pick the vehicle up but they subcontracted the job to another shipping company. The customer service was terrible to the point that I had to personally contact both the seller of the vehicle and the driver and provide all contact info as well as coordinating logistics of the pick up myself. Customer service reps would continually claim to return my call when they had more information, and never did.

Finally, when the vehicle did arrive yesterday, the subcontracted company wanted more money than was agreed upon. I had absolutely no contract with the new company but was forced to pay an extra $75.00 for them to release my vehicle. This was totally contrary to every claim transport services had made, in which they claimed it would be their driver and of course, the remaining balance would be $850 and not $925.

At all costs stay away from this company. They bait and switch and operate under totally false pretense. Terrible, terrible experience and a company that does not deserve to be doing business.
