I first started gathering information and quotes 6 weeks before I needed my car shipped thinking the more time I had to gather quotes the more likely I was to find the best deal. I couldn't believe the amount of emails I was recieving from companies looking to do my transport. The first person to contact me by phone however was Colin from Transport Services. This was my first time transporting a car and didn't really no what to expect or what to ask except for how much. Colin went informed me of all the things his company provided that is standard for each of the transports and also the different things they could provide me to fit what I needed. I have to say throughout our conversation I never felt like I was being rushed or pushed into going with them. I liked what I hear but when I asked him the price I though it was way to high and told him I wanted to look around more since I only started getting quotes the day before. I kept getting emails but only had a hand full of companies call me without me calling them first. I received a wide range of quotes from $600.00 to $1400.00. I didn't understand how there could be such a wide range of prices for the same transport. I decided to go with a broker I called solely because of there price of $750.00 and because they said they wouldn't charge me for anything until; they found a truck for me which I liked. About 2 weeks went by and 5 calls from me that I was told the same thing that they were working on it. Throughout this time Colin followed up with me a few times even though I told him I found a company and each time he told me there was no possible way at that price I would get picked up. The company I went with called me and said that they made a mistake on the quote and it would cost $950.00 to get this done and assured me I had nothing to worry about now. A week before my pickup date they still didn't have a driver now I was panicing, I called Colin and asked him what I could do. He told me to call the other company and cancel while he talked to his manager to see what they could do for me. After cancelling I called him back and he told me that they could pick me up in 4-5 days but I had to finalize it that day so it could be dispatched. I decided to go with them since I was running out of time. Colin told me everything would be ok that they deal with situations like mine all the time if he wasn't able to get this done he would say he could. I decided to trust him but had a friend tell me about this site. After reading some of the reviews I got to say I wasn't 100% sure I made the right decision. Even though the good ones were great I focused on the bad ones. After mentioning the reviews to Colin he asked me if I had ever wrote a review, when I said yes he asked me if I ever wrote one when things went as planned, which after thinking about it I realized I didn't and realized his point. So this brings me here I told him if everything went well I would make sure I wrote a GOOD email for once, and it did. Everything Colin told me that Transport Services would make happen they backed up. My only regret is wasting so much time researching something I knew nothing about always thinking that PRICE was everything, well it is true when they say YOU GET THE QUALITY OF SERVICE THAT YOU PAY FOR IN THIS BUSINESS. Now I know why Transport Services was a little higher than most, because they actually KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. They were totally honest, patient, informative a delivered on every word they ever told me. In the future I won't waste any time looking around, Colin and Transport Services gained my business and trust for any future transport from me and my family and friends. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN COLIN.
