it was fine once it was picked up

the representative promised that he would be able to get our car on a weekend and based on that we actually made our plans to leave the keys of our car with our neighbours as we left the state that weekend and the driver can pick up the keys from them.

and since we thought the driver would be coming that weekend it self we left the keys with our neighbors but the driver did turned up only after the 4 days. we struggled a little at that time as the timing wasnt right as our neighbors left to office and the next day they were leaving for a holiday and the driver had his own plans for the pickup. he said that we have to come to a certain place and from there he can pick it up and all.....

so i had to explain all this to the driver and he was a nice guy he took some effort to pickup my vehicle ultimately and once he pickedit up there wasn't any issue, he delivered it on time of within 8 days he metioned to me when he picked it up.

and i can say it is one of the good companies i belive but if their cutomer service would have been much more easy to contact or much more informative about the status of the transport they are doing it would have been good.

since we werent in the city of pickup i think we had faced little issues. but it might not be the case with others. but afterall i can say it is a good company, rather than voting for a company i will vote the Driver as Excellent.
