Transport Services is an Online SCAM! DO NOT USE! I have been in the Relocation industry for 24+ years and have never experienced such horrible service. My car (Land Cruiser) was to be picked up 12/27/2010 per Brandon the Sales Rep. It is January 5, 2011 and my car has still not been picked up! The staff at Transport Services are extremely unprofessional, indifferent and down right rude. I contact them 2-3 times daily and speak to the same person (Arrie Thomas) and she acts like she has no clue as tp who I am and the "nature" of my call. I have reported Transport Services to the Better Business Bureau, contacting the local police, newspaper, TV, Radio and anyone else who will listen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They are horrible!
