I contacted Transport Services after Polar Express backed out on me the day they was suppose to pick up my vehicle. I had 48 hours to get my vehicle from one side of the United States to the other! This company went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. My truck was supposed to be picked up on a Friday because I was flying from California to Virginia on that following Monday but the other company fell through. Ryan gave me a quote and booked me a reservation to expedite finding a driver even though I still wasn't sure at first if I was going to go with this company because I had already paid one company and they wasn't trying to give me my money back. Ryan told his boss about my situation and his boss called me himself and talked to me and gave me a military discount. Even though it was last minute, Ryan and his boss worked their magic and had a driver out to pick my vehicle up in less than 24 hours!!! Saturday morning at 8 a.m, the driver was at the front gate waiting for me. I felt my stress level go down about 10 notches then. The driver was very friendly and very experienced so I felt comfortable with him driving my vehicle across the United States. Within 3 days, my vehicle was sitting outside my door in Virginia. I wasn't expecting my vehicle for at least a week so I was very grateful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to ship a vehicle and get it in a timely fashion.
