In Previous emails you stated that in fact my driver picked up your car,

and delivered This is the trucking industry accidents and delays do occur and we try our hardest to make the customer happy. Also in the review you mention that the car was picked up several days late . Yes we admit to that. It was picked up late due to a death in the family. Which we can not control. However what we did to make up time was expedite and get it delivered within the same time frame. Delivery was the same day as if it was picked up on the original date. Which i think is a great job considering the driver had a death in the family. I do see that ever day you were informed of the delay and spoke with numerous CS reps updated you over 3x a day. No where on our agreement does it guarantee a Date or a Direct Driver. We strive to do our best but bottom line we get the job done which we did. We are family owned and have drivers that work directly for us which separates us from most brokers. When an emergency Happens, Such As: Truck broke down or accidents we use our broker authority. We have even went as far to offer you money back and you declined! If you need anything call Transport Services and we will try our best to make every customer happy
