What a great experience!!!!

I was a bit hesitant and uneasy about transporting my vehicle since I honestly have never done this before.. Transport US made me feel at easy with every last bit of the process. My broker, Josie, was AMAZING!!! She explained every step in detail. She let me know that she prices me right where I need to be in order to move my vehicle.. What's more she explain how she previously worked as a Carrier Dispatcher and so was very well informed of the right price to get me moved right away.There was always someone available to take my call. I even got an answer to a call I made at almost 10 pm.. I was expecting to leave a voice message about an important detail I had forgotten and was surprised when I got a hello from their dispatcher, AB, he was happy to take my call and followed up first thing in the morning. Over all, what a great experience.. My vehicle arrived on time in perfect condition and I even got a follow up call from Josie & AB to see if everything went well.. I will DEFINITELY use them again and refer them to any one who may need them! Good, honest, straightforward brokers! They get the job done right!!
