I used to work with another broker company, and last transport broker just wanted to get rid of me, didn't answer my calls, and just was complete jerk, so apparently they found Transporter to carry my car. So i called transporter and they picked up and talked to me all the time, and told me where my car was, and i mean i can understand when i call to much, but come on, its my car, its my money that i pay you, can't you satisfy me by answering the phone and telling me where my car is at?, well i'm glad i found Transporter, from now on, i only use them, and they don't overcharge me for the load, or broker fee, since that accident, i hauled 2 more cars with Transporter and still didn't have a single problem. I would totally recommend them to anybody thats looking for a transporting company.
