Andre, we are sorry the transport did not work out. We try our best to move vehicles in a timely manner. After reviewing the file, you did not book your transport on the 6th. You made your reservation on the 13th. You chose Travelers after another company was not able to get the vehicle picked up for you in the time frame you wanted. After booking on the 13th, Dispatch immediately starting working on locating a driver for pickup. The prior company still had your vehicle listed on the load board which has an adverse effect on moving the vehicle. Eventually after multiple calls and days the vehicle was removed from the load board and our team continued working on it. You then had a call with Michael on a recorded line which management listened to. He did not curse nor humiliate you as stated. He offered you a full refund and you hung up on him. A manager then reached out to you and left a voicemail which has gone with no call back. At the end of the day, we did not transport the vehicle in our average timeframe due to circumstances mentioned above and we apologize for that. We also apologize if you felt mistreated as that is not how our company trains our staff and we have a zero tolerance policy. We wish you nothing but the best moving forward. Thank You
