Payed them a 300 deposit for 1300 delivery from Miami to Tustin ca. Then they changed it to 1450 due to gas prices. Wish they could have been honest about it. Delivery was for 6/13/2022. Changed to am on 6/14/2022. Car hasn't arrived and its almost 2pm. Then I have to deal with Spanish speaking Cubans who apparently cant speak English. Then they hang up on you for calling them of the location of the vehicle. They have been warned that I will take legal action against them if the vehicle does not arrive today. A police report will be placed as stolen, do not do business with this company. Unbelievable lack of customer service or communication. I would have spent more money to be able to track the vehicle and have questions answered in a timely manner. This is a brand new 2022 genesis g70. its an expensive vehicle and they don't know were the vehicle is? Stay away

Jorge, sorry you were not pleased with the service. Sometimes there are delays on the road that is out of our control which is what happened in this situation. The good news is that your vehicle arrived safely. Order was booked on the 2nd and delivered on the 14th for a cross country trip. Hope you are enjoying the new vehicle.
