I gave Tom (Tommy James) an impossible task - I had an extremely short pickup window (a few hours), I needed a very specific type of trailer, and I was shipping to an area that was far away from the normal shipping destinations so this needed to be a truly custom trip. Oh, I only gave him a weekend to figure it out. The task was nearly impossible but our decision to ship was last minute. Tom figured it out and gave "white glove" service. The pickup was great, my very specific instructions were relayed EXACTLY to the driver, and everything was done for the agreed upon price. Tom followed up and worked well into the night making sure that everything happened exactly as it was supposed to. Our car is in show condition and was headed to a car show - Tom is a car guy and understands the value of these type of cars. Do yourself a favor and give Tom a call if you want to ship.
