Companies that use Trend Transportation for delivery services are hurting their own customer service image.
This company does not deliver on time and has a terrible tracking website. I can't do anything to penalize Trend Transportation for its poor service. But I will stop doing business with Leslies' Pool and Supplies because they continue to use this underperforming company for deliveries.
