Matt sold me on this by saying it would only be $600 and that he had a truck leaving on the 29th of December. I spoke with Karl on the 30th and he said tha car probably wouldnt leave until the 3rd because of the Holiday. He was very rude and never returned any of my calls. On the 3rd I call Karl back and he said now it might not leave until the 5th or 6th. On Friday the 7th I recieved a call from the driver and he said he would be there in 2 hours and that it would be $900 plus the $175 deposit.
After argueing with Karl and the front office lady at tri-star carriers they told me that the contract said if they cant find a truck for the quoted price then they would contact me and then could bid up to $250 more. I was never contacted about the change in price. My mom and myself argued with Karl for 45 minutes where he continued to yell and curse at us talking about how hard his life was and that there was nothing he could do for us.
This company should not be allowed to be in business. They are crooks and liars. I went back to their web site and read all the other reviews that sounded just like the nightmare I had gone through. Please help us shut them down!!!
