If I could give them 0 stars I would. Where do o start? They quoted me CONTRACTUALLY $950 to move my car from Orlando to Seattle. I called on March 28th and needed my car by April 16th.. this is almost 3 weeks. I pay my deposit which the sales person named James guarantees that it will only be $950 and nothing more because I have signed contract. It is now April 5 and I send an email And call requesting a confirmation for my pick up in Orlando on April 7, no response I called again on April 6 no response I then called every day for the next three days and receive no response. And call requesting a confirmation for my pick up in Orlando on April 7, no response I call again on April 6 no response I then called every day for the next three days and receive no response finally on April 9 I receive a call from James explaining that they were unable to receive a carrier and that they needed an additional $150 to ship my car by April 16. I explained to him that I am I disagree with having to pay more for a late arrival and he tells me he will get back to me I do not hear from him for five days. I then called back and request to speak to someone who can get my car shipped as soon as possible and they do not answer I am directed to the voicemail with no answer and finally someone answers named Michael Who guarantees me my car will be shipped on April 21 for an additional $150 and that it will arrive on time and he tells me that they are losing money on my shipment and that he is doing it because he wants a good review online. The day before my car arrives on April 27th (20 days after contracted date) The driver called me telling me I have to pay an additional $200 to receive my car and if I do not pay I will not get my car and they will charge me more money every single day I contact Michael from Trident auto shipping and he promises me in writing that I will get my additional $200 by check as soon as I send them a picture of the receipt from my car pick up purchase. It is now May 3 and I have not received an email a phone call or any confirmation of my check being received and I’m having to pursue legal action. This company is a total scam and make money off of the dissatisfaction in misery of others. Be completely honest I feel bad that they have to live their lives every single day
