This is a scam and you will pay more then you are quoted at first. they bait you with a low ball offer and then can not meet the day of pick up. they do not call you back ever during this process. Then they will say they have another driver leaving but the price goes up a couple hundred dollars. once they pick up your car it begins to get worse. they refuse to call back and our driver called and the price had now gone up 350. trident said there was a billing issue and they would refund us the money...but won't call us back. the driver was rude and threatening towards us saying "we have your car, you pay us or I'm gonna impound it and you will pay me no matter what".
their contract is an estimate so know they will change it and they have a clause where they can change the price.
go with an actual company who will give you service don't fall for the scam. now i have read the reviews this is consistent.
