First off, I'm not sure if this is even my customer. The only info I have to find out who this is is "Danny". Notice the quote number is not a number at all. If it is my customer:
1. Cash, Cashier's Check, or Money Order is industry standard. We also offer paypal and credit card.
2. I tell all customers the same thing about shipping goods inside of a car; it's technically illegal, some drivers do it but I never advise it.
3. "that is your problem" is simply something I never say to any customer.
4. Because I do not know who this supposed customer is, I cannot comment on who the driver was, but I will say that we all use the same order board and it doesn't matter which broker you use; you will most likely have the same driver.
