When I made my formal committment to use Triple A Auto Carriers, I was told on February 11 that the car would be picked by the February 14. It was not (February 16). More than this final invoice was not sent to me when Triple A finally made arrangements with their driver. They negotiated a different price with him than what was quoted. The driver demanded more money than quoted and refused to drop car without extra payment. Only later did I discover the promised final invoice was never sent to me by Craig which showed a different allocation of funds than the original quotation. Imagine the confusion, at the dealership, to which the car was driven. I had provided cash, it was not enough for the driver, I was irrate at his further demands. All because Triple A did not do what was promised. Further, Craig got huffy when I told them of their failure (saying the final amount had not changed just their cut), and further he thought the oversight of sending me the final bill (which I have only thanks to the driver and my dealerships photocopy machine) was inconsequencial. I do not think that the service was good for me as a car entusiast (car trader) nor for my dealership who transports cars all the time.
