Chris handled my account at Triple A. Their bid of $575 was the lowest I received for Massachusetts to Texas. Customer Service was always accessible and responsive. The carrier they assigned was also polite and responsive to calls and questions. Vehicle pick-up was one day late, and the delivery in Texas ended up almost 3 days later than predicted. The car arrived in good shape. The only problem was the night time pick-up and intial delivery attempt. This made it difficult to inspect the vehicle for existing scratches and damage. The carrier tried to deliver late evening, but politely honored my request to return the next morning, so I could carefully inspect the car in daylight. All-in-all this was a good experience, and I'm happy to have my car just a few days later than originally planned!
