I deal with the worst people in the world in my business, but these people have them beat 100%. I was given a quote, and placed my order, never heard back from Jordan. Finnaly got him on the phone and was told I would have to pay $ 300.00 more than the quote. Worse company in the world, don't use unless you are a fool.
