Not dependable, hung up on me,not honest

I never in my life have dealt with such a dishonest company!! I booked my pickup 5 days in advance with Triple A carriers out of Miami Florida. I said I was leaving for Massachusetts and needed my BMW picked up on Monday as I was heading home on Tuesday. Over the weekend on Saturday I called to confirm the pickup..no answer, site said they were open on Saturday, left messages to call me. On Tuesday after 3: oo I finally got someone on the phine. When I asked why the driver never showed he gave me a sob story about how he couldn't find a driver!! I said why didn't you call me and tell me this ! HE HUNG UP ON ME!! My husband called back and asked Giovani not to hang up on him and he DID! The reviews on this company are the same story as mine...no shows, and they hang up on you for their own negligence ! This company is costing the customer more money for storage fees until they can locate an honest Transport Service.

These people need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau for" UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES"!! Take my advice and spread the word to save yourselfor someone else a lot of stress and these charecters at this company are stress! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!

I quess you see that I am pretty mad... well I have a right to be.
Oh, I ended up having my plates overnighted to me and had to drive the car back to Massachusetts.
