Tristar contacted me when I posted an interest in shipping an automobile for Oklahoma to Tennessee. They gave me a very low quote, $410, and told me I should hear something in a couple of days. I checked this site and became concerned about poor ratings from customers. I then checked with another 2 other Brokers. Both told me the exactly same thing, Tristar had posted my job for $525. This price has never been mentioned to me! ( which is what most of the concerns about this company are ) I called to cancell, and teh representative was very rude and un business like. They cashed my e-mailed check before I could cancel it, vs. refunding except for $50. A LESSON LEARNED! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL GIVE YOU A LOW PRICE, AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL NEVER BE MOVED FOR THAT PRICE. READ THE CONTRACT CLOSELY! THE MOST DOUBLE TALK YOU WILL EVER SEE..

this customer booked with several companies, when our driver called to pickup the car he was conveniently not around and unable to be reached, he had booked with other companies after he booked with us, the rest is not true since we never did get the car because he cancelled after being called several times by our office. It was not right for him to do this, since the driver lost a car and it cost him money. This customer has no consideration for anyone, I am sure he will do it to the next company as well
