I hired Tropical Auto Carriers after they accepted my bid to transport my personal car from Texas to NC. All online transactions were clear and without problems. The only problem I had was caused by not giving the dispatcher enough phone numbers needed to contact the people at the pick up point and me at the delivery point. This caused the driver to lose some time, however, he did not complain when he made the delivery. The car was delivered undamaged and one day before I expected it. The car had a dead battery, but the truck driver had a charger with him on his truck. He got the car started in short order and did not waste his time or mine. It was the first time I have ever shipped anything. I would not hesitate to use Tropical Auto Carriers again.
